Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

If you wish to modify your order, please email us at [email protected] and provide your order number along with the requested changes. We will confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, the order enters the processing stage and cannot be altered.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us directly. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

For defective or damaged goods, you do not need to return the original item. We will ship a replacement free of charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or security-related issues as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Refunds are not available if you refuse to accept a delivered order.

Refunds or replacements are not offered due to personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with style or color). Please verify product details carefully before purchasing.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 90 days from the delivery date. Requests beyond 90 days cannot be accommodated.
